These custom pullout racks are made right here in Reno, NV by us. They will expand your cooking area by two fold. They pull out for easy access. The upper rack is great for the long cooks of brisket and pork shoulder. The use of the upper rack raises the larger cuts away from the fire pot for even cooking.
